Or help keep this chaotic travel blog alive
Hey! If you’re here, it means you’ve stumbled across my little corner of the internet; a budget travel blog built on Lidl bakeries, hostel Wi-Fi, and the stubborn belief that exploring the world shouldn’t be reserved for rich people with matching luggage sets.
I made this site to share real, honest travel stories: cheap routes, weird detours, what not to do when trying to find the train station at midnight. But truthfully, keeping this blog alive costs more than you’d think.
Here’s what your support helps cover:
- Website costs – Domain name, hosting fees, and the desperate need to upgrade to a Business account so I can actually adapt the blog for mobile (it looks like a MESS right now).
- Travel funds – Future posts rely on future trips. A little goes a long way towards train tickets, museum entries, or just surviving another street food experiment.
- Video + creative tools – I’m working toward building out more visual content (YouTube, TikToks, Pinterest), but that means editing tools, storage, and sanity-saving caffeine.
- Time – Hours go into writing guides, making graphics, and breaking down actual itineraries, so you don’t have to.
Basically, this blog is a labour of love, fuelled by filter coffee and borrowed Wi-Fi. If it’s ever made you laugh, helped you plan a trip, or saved you from getting ripped off abroad, consider donating the price of a coffee (or sandwich, or Flixbus ticket).
I appreciate anything you give — even (and especially) if it’s just sharing, reading, or sending good vibes.
Thank you for being here 💛
